Three things we’re loving this week
Editor's note: Malini Malik is no stranger to hunting for good things. As an independent product development & sourcing consultant, co-founder of General Items, and founder of Come Away, she spends a lot of time pursuing and curating good products and design. We got in touch with her recently, and asked her to pick 3 things she likes on Souk, and why.
How it works: Cells are harvested from fish—which then multiply in large tanks—turning into hunks of fillet. It is both cruelty-free and a potential game-changing solution to overfishing. Companies like WildType and BlueNalu have cultivated sushi-grade coho salmon (see below) and bluefin tuna toro.

Nalpamaradi oil is most recommended as a skin-brightening, de-tanning, and scar-lightening treatment. We've personally enjoyed using it with facial tools and would recommend using it for a hands-only massage if you're into lymphatic drainage. It could stain your clothes though, and excessive application could lead to breakouts depending on your skin type so that's something to keep in mind! (Price: 165)

We really like the flavour profile (Matcha, Green Tea and Mint) and packaging (recyclable aluminium tube) of this fluoride-free toothpaste. But our favourite feature is hands-down the fact that it comes with an optional metal key that helps squeeze out every small bit! A solid pick for anyone looking to switch to a fluoride-free, matcha-flavoured toothpaste! (Price:299)

This set from Linen on Me comes with super-wide elastic and extra-deep pockets on the fitted sheet, and wide flaps on the pillow cases for the perfect fit. Made from pure European flax, they also come pre-washed so they’re soft from the get go and only get better with use. (Psst: If you prefer cotton, we also really like this 100% organic cotton set with piping on the pillowcases.)
