Three things we’re loving this week
Editor’s note: Sahar Mansoor—author, climate optimist, zero-waste advocate, social entrepreneur, and founder of Bare Necessities (India's first BCorp-certified personal and home care brand)—is no stranger to Souk.
Not only do we regularly recommend Bare Necessities' products, but Sahar herself has been one of our best customers since we launched! We got in touch and asked her to pick three things she loves on (and has discovered and purchased via) Souk. Here’s her carefully picked out list.

The Journey Within- A Self Love Journal
This 2026 Twillo Story planner is as much about reflection as it is about planning. Each month comes with a simple journaling prompt that helps you pause and be present while still keeping the focus on organising your days. The layout is clean and easy to use, and the illustrations throughout are lovely. It also comes with colouring cards, magnetic bookmarks and sticker sheets that add fun and colour to your pages and plans! The illustrated edge printing is a nice detail, and you can customise the cover with your name. We love this particular cover illustration option with the house and birds on a patchwork of patterned fields.

Palestine by Joe Sacco
'Palestine' by Joe Sacco is considered to be a landmark of graphic journalism. In it, Sacco powerfully documents his own experiences and the daily lives of Palestinians during the First Intifada in the West Bank and Gaza Strip with remarkable insight and clarity, through drawings, reportage and story-telling.

Thai Fire Blaze Instant Noodles
We got hooked by the packaging and stayed for the taste. Inspired by Asia's food capitals, Sakaza's instant noodles come in tins with flavours like 'Malaysian Curry', 'Singapore Street Style', and 'Thai Fire Blaze' that are a welcome change from the staple Maggi. We've tried and liked the 'Singapore Street Style' flavour, and now have our sights set on the 'Thai Fire Blaze' flavour that's apparently spicy enough for the brand to encourage you to add at least 2 slices of cheese to every bowl to balance the heat. Sakaza also has a range of 0% alcohol sauces inspired by iconic spirits that we're curious about. But in the meanwhile, we have plans for all the instant noodle tins we're going to be accumulating—from snacks, stationery, and sewing supplies storage to mini planters and kitchen shelf styling props!
